I enjoyed the helpful staff. The staff was informed on local attractions. I loved the convenient location near the Brooklyn Bridge. I appreciated the hotel saving my luggage before and after my stay, this made my travels easier.
The breakfast area gets hot. It felt uncomfortable some mornings.

The hotel provides easy access to many attractions. Brooklyn Bridge and Chinatown were within walking distance. A public bus stops right outside the hotel entrance for further exploration.

Breakfast is complimentary here. Coffee, tea and water are available all day. There is twenty-four hour service. These are great features when you need some refreshments or assistance.

The room have good sound insulation. This blocks out noises from outside. I can say that the room size are generous. This hotel offers a relaxing environment.

the breakfast was pretty solid.. i appreciated the fresh options. the location was ideal for exploring chinatown and little italy. good restaurants were nearby.
the elevator sometimes had a slight unpleasant odor.
